Ingredients
- 2 cups dried elderberries
- 4 cups water
- 3 cups raw honey
- 1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
Directions
1. Bring Berries and water to a boil and simmer about 30 minutes.
2. Mash berries and strain through a cheesecloth or a finer strainer.
3. Stir in honey and apple cider vinegar and then pour into a jar.
4. Store in the refrigerator for 6 months.
Dose
Child take 1 tsp daily
Adult take 1 TBSP daily
Side note: If you can’t use apple cider vinegar then it will last 3 months in the fridge. If you don’t use Apple Cider Vinegar and you would like to use spices, use 2 Tablespoons Dried Ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, and ½ tsp cloves.
